4Deposit & Payment Rules

7Betting Rules

Please follow these rules when placing bets on Crecex:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled (except where a cash-out feature is available).
• Crecex reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Pre-match bets are not accepted once a match has kicked off.
• If a bet is cancelled before the outcome of an event is confirmed, it is considered "void" and the stake is refunded.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crecex:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using another person's account or buying and selling accounts.
• Registering with false information.
• Using software or bots on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the Crecex platform.

Crecex reserves the right to close an account and forfeit its balance without prior notice if any of these prohibitions are violated.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Crecex may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — unless the closure is due to a terms violation.
